2-Day Technical Sustainability Masterclass

During a 1-2 day facilitated workshop we aim to gain a deep understanding of Technical Sustainability within your organization.  We help people, teams and leaders to look at strategic sustainable outcomes.

This can include helping them to get real clarity around risk and value management, and be able to clearly articulate the corporate sustainability vision, goals or targets, offering details plans on how to get from A to B quicker than the competition.
  • Align expectations and vision of different stakeholders.
  • Share inspiring cases to bring in external insights and experience.
  • Evaluate different tools to evaluate sustainability risks, impacts and benefits.
  • Benchmark current policy, baseline reviews, and supply chain strategy.
