2-Day Project Mobilisation Masterclass

During a 1-2 day facilitated workshop we aim to gain a deep understanding of the current state of Project Mobilisation within your organization.  We help people, teams and leaders to look at rapid, effective mobilisation.  

This can include helping them to get real clarity around risk and value management, and be able to clearly articulate the project/programme vision, goals or targets, offering details plans on how to get from A to B quicker.
  • Align expectations and vision of different stakeholders.
  • Share inspiring cases to bring in external insights and experience.
  • Evaluate and define management structure, roles and responsibilities.
  • Benchmark current policy, baseline reviews, and supply chain strategy. 
  • Identify cost saving opportunities, including design review and tender compliance. 
  • Build a first strategy roadmap for any planned mobilisation initiatives.
  • Create a draft communication strategy (internal/external).
  • Craft a 30-Day mobilisation strategy execution plan, to measure and keep commitments.
